1 / How are items gathered for pickup or delivery?

Each week (on Mondays & Tuesdays), our vendors bring their items to our storefront in downtown Clarksville, MI. From there, we pack the orders and customers pick up (or we deliver).

2 / What is the Cost to Join?

New vendors pay a one-time $75 onboarding fee for their items to be placed on our site. This fee covers our administrative work, as well as professional photos of your products for the website listings. We then require a reasonable commission for sold items, only. Our vendor agreement states all specifics for you to review prior to joining us. There's no risk in joining us! We want you to thrive! Plus, we provide a pickup hub/storefront, delivery service, marketing, bags, labels and more.

3 / May I discontinue my vendor status anytime?

Absolutely. We'd hate to see you go, but you're free to come and go as you wish. Please note, however, if you leave and come back later, the onboarding fee will apply.

4 / What if a ton of vendors are selling the same type of meat as me? Will mine even sell?

We created a unique system within our website to highlight products weekly from each farm vendor. The highlights include popular products, such as ground beef, sausage, steak, etc. The highlights are changed weekly so everyone has a fair chance to sell their competitive product.

5 / What if I'll be away on vacation and can't deliver the sold products to the hub spot?

If you'll be away and have no one who can step in for you, please let us know at least two weeks in advance. We will hide your products on the website and can easily display them again once you return.

6 / What if I only sell one item in a given week?

Regardless if you sell 1 item or 100 in a given week, you are still obligated to deliver any sold items to the pickup

hub.
